However, Nour Trade reserves the right to:

3. Pricing and Payment

For bulk, commercial, customized, or quotation-based orders, pricing and payment terms may be determined separately through a quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written agreement.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Nour Trade reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, cancel, or limit an order due to circumstances including:

Nour Trade will not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier or logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient, contact, and delivery information.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the destination, product size, weight, quantity, or delivery method.
6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are subject to Nour Trade's applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Certain customized, specially ordered, used, damaged-after-delivery, clearance, or otherwise non-returnable products may be excluded from returns or refunds where permitted by applicable law and disclosed to the customer.

পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-এ প্রদর্শিত হবে।
আমরা মূল্য ও পণ্যের তথ্য যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করি।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পণ্যের মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
অনিচ্ছাকৃত মূল্য, প্রযুক্তিগত বা পণ্যসংক্রান্ত তথ্যের ভুল হলে Nour Trade তা সংশোধন এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ, কর, শুল্ক বা অন্যান্য চার্জ যুক্ত হতে পারে।
Nour Trade কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
বাল্ক, বাণিজ্যিক, কাস্টমাইজড অথবা quotation-based অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে মূল্য ও পেমেন্টের শর্ত পৃথক quotation, purchase order, invoice অথবা লিখিত চুক্তির মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত হতে পারে।
৪. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিল
ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার প্রদান করলেই অর্ডারটি চূড়ান্তভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে না।
নিম্নোক্ত কারণসহ যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবসায়িক প্রয়োজনে Nour Trade কোনো অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান, সীমিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে—
পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা;
মূল্য বা পণ্যের তথ্যে ভুল থাকা;
পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হওয়া বা যাচাইকরণে সমস্যা;
প্রতারণামূলক বা অননুমোদিত লেনদেনের সন্দেহ;
গ্রাহকের অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল তথ্য;
ডেলিভারিসংক্রান্ত সীমাবদ্ধতা; অথবা
অন্যান্য বৈধ ব্যবসায়িক বা পরিচালনাগত কারণ।
কোনো বাতিলকৃত অর্ডারের মূল্য ইতোমধ্যে পরিশোধ করা হয়ে থাকলে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি ও আমাদের রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া অনুযায়ী অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৫. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
আমরা সম্ভাব্য সময়সীমার মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করার যুক্তিসঙ্গত চেষ্টা করি।
তবে—
প্রদত্ত ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত আনুমানিক, যদি না লিখিতভাবে নির্দিষ্ট সময় নিশ্চিত করা হয়।
অবস্থান, পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা, কুরিয়ার বা লজিস্টিকস সেবা, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি, পরিবহন সমস্যা অথবা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা অন্যান্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার/লজিস্টিকস প্রতিষ্ঠান অথবা আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতির কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী Nour Trade-এর দায় সীমিত থাকবে।
সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদানের দায়িত্ব গ্রাহকের।
পণ্যের আকার, ওজন, পরিমাণ, গন্তব্য এবং ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতির ওপর ভিত্তি করে অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৬. রিটার্ন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড
পণ্য ফেরত, পরিবর্তন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এবং রিফান্ড Nour Trade-এর প্রযোজ্য Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
ক্রয়ের আগে গ্রাহকদের উক্ত নীতিমালা পড়ে নেওয়ার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী কাস্টমাইজড, বিশেষভাবে অর্ডারকৃত, ব্যবহৃত, ডেলিভারির পর ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, clearance অথবা non-returnable হিসেবে ঘোষিত কিছু পণ্য রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের আওতাভুক্ত নাও হতে পারে।
৭. ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব
অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে nourtradebd.com-এ ব্যবহৃত লেখা, লোগো, ট্রেডমার্ক, গ্রাফিক্স, ছবি, পণ্যের বিবরণ, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন, ব্যানার, প্রচারণামূলক উপকরণ এবং অন্যান্য মৌলিক কনটেন্ট Nour Trade-এর মালিকানাধীন, লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত অথবা বৈধভাবে ব্যবহৃত এবং প্রযোজ্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
Nour Trade অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট স্বত্বাধিকারীর পূর্ব লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত ক্ষেত্র ব্যতীত এসব কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
৯. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারকালে আপনি—
কোনো বেআইনি বা প্রতারণামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না;

১০. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, ওয়েবসাইট, পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহার অথবা ব্যবহার করতে না পারার ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য Nour Trade-এর দায় প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী সীমিত থাকবে।

১১. পণ্যের ছবি, বিবরণ ও স্পেসিফিকেশন
আমরা পণ্যের ছবি, বিবরণ, আকার, স্পেসিফিকেশন, রং এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করি।
তবে নিম্নোক্ত কারণে প্রকৃত পণ্যে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে—
কম্পিউটার বা মোবাইল স্ক্রিনের সেটিংস;
ফটোগ্রাফি ও আলোর পার্থক্য;
উৎপাদনজনিত পরিবর্তন;
প্যাকেজিং পরিবর্তন;
সরবরাহকারীর পরিবর্তন; অথবা
পণ্যের মডেল বা ডিজাইন আপডেট।
বিশেষ করে Geo Textile, Machinery & Accessories, Fishing Products, Home Appliances অথবা bulk/commercial order-এর ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট স্পেসিফিকেশন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হলে অর্ডারের আগে Nour Trade-এর সঙ্গে তা নিশ্চিত করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
১২. গোপনীয়তা ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য
nourtradebd.com ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Privacy Policy প্রযোজ্য হবে।
